How to scale right and how to scale for the future?
Organisational as well as architectural design, culture, team health take all part of it. The basis for a healthy change, that happens fluently and continuously.
When I ask for the organisational structure, I often receive the formal reporting line., but I'd like to see is how teams communicate. I often can see that from the architectural design. and flow charts of communication flows and processes.
Seeing this is the more important part and it helps me to identify the pitfalls.
